5 ways to take care of your mental health while working. It’s mental health week so here are a few ways you can better care for YOUR Mental Health

  1. Be mindful with strong willpower.  Start by being mindful because it will make your mind calm. When your mind is calm, you will see more ways to solve problems.
  2. Adapt, adjust your mind,  accept that the problem has already occurred and that there will be changes after this, but we will try to control those changes as best we can.
  3. Examine yourself, see what you are capable of, and try to fight it once or many times.
  4. Keep yourself motivated. Tell yourself often that I can do it. I am capable. I can get through this. If I make a mistake, I will get back up again. Encourage yourself when you succeed, even if it is just a little.
  5. Send encouragement to those around you. Share your past experiences that helped you get through the crisis. Listen without rushing to a decision and encourage those around you regularly.
